Daniel O'Hair's Will

Daniel O'Hair died August 17, 1992

Last Will and Testament of Daniel P. O'Hair
I, Daniel P. O'Hair, of Muscatine County, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
Item One:-I direct that all my just debts and the expense of my last illness and burial, together with the costs of administering my estate be first paid.
Item Two:-Subject to the foregoing, I make the following disposition of my estate. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, to which I may be entitled or which I may have power to dispose of at my decease as follows:
A. I give one share thereof to my brother, Francis O'Hair, to be his absolutely provided he survives me.
B. I give one share thereof to my sister, Lena O'Hair, to be hers absolutely, provided she survives me.
C. I give one share thereof to my sister, Carrie Farnsworth, to be hers absolutely, provided she survives me.
D. I give one share thereof to my sister, Mayme Hartzell, to be hers absolutely, provided she survives me, and in the event my sister, Mayme Hartzell, should predecease me, then it is my will and I hereby give, devise and bequeath said share to her heirs at law to be theirs absolutely.
E. I give one share thereof to my niece, Marjorie Meaher, and my nephews, John Kelley and Richard Kelley, same being the children of my deceased sister, Agnes Kelley, to be theirs absolutely in equal shares.
